Homes of Doral Landings Community Association Inc. was developed by Lennar Homes, Inc.
The Association is comprised of four different models of homes. The Plaza, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. The Waldorf, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a family room and a garage. The Regency, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths with a family room and a 2 car garage. Finally, there is the Ritz, which has 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths with a family room and 2 car garage.
The community also provides the following amenities for its residents: A beautiful swimming pool, an inviting jacuzzi, a charming playground for the children and a cabana area for rest and relaxation for all to enjoy. The Association is guarded 24 hours a day by Command Security and is professionally managed by Courtesy Property Management.

The Board of Directors of the Doral Landings Community Association is committed to perform the duties and obligations of the Association set forth by the Declaration and By-Laws, administer the interests of the Association, enhance the quality of life, health and safety of its residents, and to preserve the common welfare and property values of the community. Furthermore, the Board of Directors will conduct the business of the Association with honesty, integrity and a strict Code of Ethics, and will encourage the homeowners to take an active role in the affairs of the community.
